verity, from verity-node. Set VERITY_RPC_URL, VERITY_COORDINATOR and, for commands that send transactions, VERITY_KEYSTORE (password from VERITY_KEYSTORE_PASSWORD or a prompt). Amounts are in whole coins (e.g. 2.5). Every transaction carries at least a 1 gwei tip.
